Great day trip from Vegas. Thomas our driver kept us entertained and the bus was comfortable.Reviewed by: Jeannette B, February 2014
Truly amazing! An experience that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. The helicopter and boat ride is a must if you're booking this trip. Well organised and professional tour. Top marks and would do againReviewed by: Christopher L, February 2014

The Grand Canyon experience is so much more than just a hole in the ground!! Our tour guide was excellent at informing us of different things along the way. And, let's face it, with a 2.5 hour drive of highway it can be hard to find points of interest. The sky walk was amazing and the views breathtaking!!! Word of caution for parents of younger children, there are no guard rails at the edge! That said, your vantage point of the canyon is limited only by your bravery (and lack of stupidity). My only complaint is that we had to change buses for the dirt stretch to the canyon (approximately 45 minutes) and the bus we rode in had several broken seats with allowed for virtually no leg room and pinched legs in the exposed coils. Hopefully that situation will resole itself when the road paving is finished. Otherwise, a fantastic tour for the money.Reviewed by: Julie G, February 2014
The Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon were fantastic!, but beware of this Viator tour. It was the most unorganized excuse for a sales pitch that I've ever seen! You see, you already pay for the tour online so you know what you want, instead you have to STAND, not sit, through about an hour long sales pitch at 7 in the morning. It doesn't matter if you're going to the South Rim or the West Rim, you get to hear the shady shisters in cheap suits trying to up sell both groups, on top of that our bus driver was very pushy and rude which just added to our frustration. The long and short of it is that the whole trip could have been cut down about an hour or an hour and a half easy without the disorganization and the up selling. I generally love using Viator, but I'll definetly look at my options the next time I go on vacation.Reviewed by: Keith P, February 2014
