Ship was excellent as was the dinner and scenery. Your passenger boarding procedure needs work. The steward/attendant at the dockside suddenly announces "gold members may board now". Since most of us purchased tickets on line or by a broker we have no idea what a gold member is. Rather than take a chance of not boarding first, everyone comes forward only to be turned back and come in contact with the gold members coming forward. Then the steward mentions that the rest of us will board in five minutes. It was a congested boarding. It should have went;
Those of you with a gold stamp on your card may board now. The rest of you will boarding shorty in about five minutes.
While the dinner was excellent but you cheapened it up by;
Not allowing a complementary second glass of champaign.
No ice in the water provided - it was luke warm at best.
Charging for after dinner coffee
If you knew fireworks were going to be used over the bay, why didn't you position the ship closer???Reviewed by: Peter O, March 2014
