The cruise about Sydney Harbor -late afternoon, early evening-was great. Wonderful upclose viewings and passing bys of bridges, opera houses, numerous inlets, activie ships including the Queen Mary, plus a well presented multi course dinner. The Window Seat was well worth it. Only "questionable item" was the current rock style music was a bit discordant for aged ears prefering softer "fifties" melodies. Did not take pictures. Excellent cruise , service good , food excellent. The one thing is the night cruise was ok but I think next tiime I would do a day cruise.Reviewed by: Christine T, March 2014
save your money, terrible food, very off key entertainer, and the worst service ever. We purchased guaranteed window seats which was clearly shown on our confirmation. When we arrived they sat us near the middle of the boat. When I showed the staff the confirmation, they said "you're close to the window and can see fine". Only after I made a scene at the reception desk did they move us to a window table. Then the manager came over saying that viator did not pay them enough for a window table and that they only moved us because there was an open table after everyone checked in. Then the wait staff did everything they could to make the experience even worse. The food was cold and inedible. The brut rose on the wine list was sweeter than sugar when the waiter assured us it was dry. After serving it to us the waiter and manager were seen in the back near the bar pointing and laughing at us. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!Reviewed by: Ron H, March 2014
