Waited 15 minutes for the shuttle. A quick trip into Madrid and 3 drop off's before mine. Clean and comfortable minibus. If bus was full would be a long trip for those dropped off last.

First experience of using the Madrid road system. The speed of the traffic is incredible. You would have to say the experience was memorable but not for all the right reasons. Friendly and efficient driver

Would not use this service again, the shuttle co paired us up with another couple who were staying on the far outskirts of Madrid, instead of driving us direct to the hotel we did most of the ring road and spent 40 minutes negotiating outer suburbs the entire trip to our hotel was 1hr taxi = 20min
