When you dock in port in Roseau, you’ll be picked up from the wharf and brought to a local home nestled in the tropical rainforest. During the drive, soak in the panoramic view of the lush, peaceful landscape, filled with flowering trees, white lilies and enormous bamboos.
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by your host, a Dominican local, who will introduce you to the herbs and fresh organic products used in Caribbean cooking.
