Our driver that was supposed to pick us up wasn't there yet so they sent someone else to wait with us while he was on his way. Thought that was very courteous instead of just making us wait and wonder where the driver was. Had a nice ride to the hotel in Amsterdam with the driver talking about the area and stopping for me to take a picture. Would recommend this transfer! No complaints!

This was perfect. We were met right at the baggage area and went right to the car and were at our hotel in 20 min. I recommend it highly!

I was uncertain where to have waited for the driver as I had expected him to be just outside the exit door. Nevertheless, we found him only after a few minutes as apparently the meeting place was to be at a predetermined place. ( i honestly didnt recall of such a place though)The ride to the hotel was quick and comfortable enough.

while the driver was there on time, it was somewhat difficult to see him with our name. i wish we had more a specific meeting place. he wisked us off to a waiting vehicle.
Once we were into the city, it was apparent that the cost was substantial - perhaps too much for the 6 of us coming to the same location.
