Lovely trip down canal to Seine. "English speaking guide"...bit of a stretch. His accent was so thick it was really hard to understand. But, all in all, a very pleasant afternoon. Due to no fault of the tour company, the Seine was flooded and therefore we did not get dropped off at Musee d'orsay as planned. So it was a very long walk to get there as I had planned on taking advantage of the late opening hours on Thursdays.

a little bit long and boaring. Very bad English comments, we didn't understand any word the guide told, but children enjoyed the Canal cruise as they saw for the first time locks working. Very funny! If you don't speak french, bring something to entretain your kids, to eat and drink. Good and clean toilets on board.

Excellent cruise and very interesting facts given by the guide in French and English. More information about the cruise should have been given by your company and a response to my email queries would have been appreciated and more professional.

Even though the price was cheap, the English was poor and we couldn't understand anything being said. We also spent 3/4 of the tour stuck in Locks... Not the most exciting experience.
