My husband and I had a wonderful time cooking with Fabio. The class was a lot of fun and we learned a lot about authentic Italian food. We spent ten days in Italy and this was one of the highlights!

This class was absolutely fantastic. We started off with a trip to the outdoor market and butcher then headed over to the home of our chef. He had a great apartment with a rooftop. There's no way we ever would have gotten that experience otherwise. Everyone in the class was fun/friendly. The chef and his assistants were helpful. The menu was comprehensive. We got to try a lot of traditional Italian dishes. Food was excellent. We had dessert and coffee at the chef's restaurant after. The class went on beyond the scheduled timeframe but well worth it. WE ALL HAD AN AMAZING TIME! Highly recommend!

Fabio was fantastic. We had a wonderful time. My husband was not that excited when we booked but Fabio made a believer out of him. He even wants to buy a pasta machine like we used at Fabio's house. Going to the market and walking through the local neighborhood was great. It was also nice of Fabio to end our class back at his restaurant for dessert.

It was very fun class. The meeting place was easy to find. I enjoyed the shopping at Campo de Fiori and butch shop. The dish we were learning were ravioli, baked chicken. Actually the kitchen we were studying was too small to fit 8 students and three teachers. It might be perfect for 4 stduebts. That's why I hardly can see what was going on in the kitchen. Except we were busy be ordering to do cutting or beating the eggs I didn't remember the food making process. I wish they gave us writing instruction to follow If you are looking for some fun time in Rome besides sightsee I don't recommend if you are a serous cooking student.
