Chicago Lakefront Neighborhoods Bicycle Tour

I went on a very small tour of three with Jeremy leading and a new young lady bringing up the rear. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and very safety conscious. He took us along some quiet back streets into the historical district, Lincoln park, Lincoln zoo and along the lakefront shore. Jeremy was both entertaining and humorous. The bikes were very easy to operate and I would recommend this tour without hesitation.

This for me personally, was the highlight of my trip to Chicago. I really rate this tour and the guide was great. You don't have to be Bradley Wiggins to be able to do this tour. Its flat and the pace is easy. Viator made the process of booking this really easy.

Believe or not, I got a VIP trip in Chicago because of bad weather. I like the trip not only for learning history, but also for getting answers from my lovely, passionate, and patient friend Eddy.

Absolutely wonderful is how I would describe our bike tour. Our guide stopped often and gave us great stories behind the sights we saw. We rode brand new Schwinn Hybrids. Cruiser style with comfortable seats yet more gears than we could ever use in very flat Chicago. Our ride was about 10 miles and took over 3 hours but was easy as far as activity level goes. Great experience. I plan to do another of their tours next time I'm there, which is often :-)

The Chicago Lakefront Neighborhoods Bicycle Tour was the highlight of my Chicago trip and worth the time and money. Our tour guide (Eddy, just one of a friendly and helpful team) was fun, informative and showed you several reasons to fall in love with Chicago. The tour starts close to Navy Pier and leads to several important skyscrapers as well as quieter areas of the city. The pace is beginner friendly (or for those that hadn't been on a bike for a long time) and the traffic didn't give us any trouble either. Eddy made sure to prepare for upcoming stops, which, along with the general safety guidelines, ensured that the group was always safe. The last minutes along the Lakefront were breathtaking. With the water to the left and skyscrapers to the right, we had a beautiful view that was unforgetable. I can only recommend this tour and will definitely be back next time I'm in Chicago. Have fun and tip well!
