We selected the small van instead of the large bus for a more personal experience. Bus driver and guide was forced to speak two languages for a Brazilian couple. Half of the tour was in Portugese. There were first-come, first serve tickets at the Moulin Rouge. Other tours companies received the preferred seating, Seating was selected by color of ticket. Viator was not one of the "preferred tour companies". Not a great experience. We were dissapointed since we have used Viator on other occasions and were very satisfied.
