My driver was waiting for me near the baggage reclaim. He retrieved my bag for me and from then on it was luxury all the way. I felt very safe with a very competent and friendly driver. When my phone would not pick up a local signal the driver kindly lent me his phone to call my husband back in Canada to let him know I had arrived safely, Service second to none. Thank you

Driver waited as we got delayed at imigration due to the queues several flights came in at the same time
Very knowledgeable and explained a lot about the city on our route to our hotel

Plane was late arriving so had to ring the driver but other than that much easier than a shuttle and quicker

After a 14 hour flight it is not very nice being forgotten about. There was no one at LAX to collect me when i arrived. I had to telephone and speak to some one regarding my booking.I was spoken to rudely by the operator which was not required and told i didnt have a booking.I then found my booking refrence number and was then apoligised to. i had to wait 20 mins to be collected. I was driven to my accomodation and then asked for a tip which i gave.I will not be recommending your company to any of my friends or collegues.
