At one of four times during the day (your choice), see the bridge up close on the all-new 45-minute historical Golden Gate Bridge walking tour. On this unique small-group tour, walk across the Golden Gate Bridge with your guide, who will provide history and interesting facts. Learn how the bridge was built, how it is maintained, the historical relevance of the bridge’s engineering and much more. You’ll also take part in the Bridge Photo Experience, where you’ll become a 'virtual visitor' of the bridge’s off-limits areas. Through green screen photography, you’ll appear to be climbing the main cables or standing atop the south tower!

Before or after your walking tour, see San Francisco’s top sights and enjoy views of the bridge from various locations on the hop-on hop-off bus tour (included). Along the bus route is the Aquarium of the Bay (entrance ticket included), where you can discover the bay's marine life and see everything from the barnacles that make their home on the steel foundation of the bridge to the sharks that patrol the waters. Pick up your tickets at Taylor and North Point streets (for tours including Alcatraz, ticket pickup is at 10:00am, at which time you will be allocated a timeslot for Alcatraz-typically between 11am and 3:55pm)

The walking tour begins at the ‘Round House’ at the west side of the Golden Gate Bridge (Stop 5 of the hop-on hop-off bus is the closest)

STOP 2 – Cow Hollow

Convenient stop for hotels on Van Ness and Lombard. Walking distance from the "crookedest street in the world."

STOP 3 – Marina District

Enjoy shopping and eating at Union and Chestnut Streets, featuring quaint boutiques and unique restaurants. Also nearby, Fort Mason and the Marina Green.

STOP 4 - Palace of Fine Arts

Short walk to the sole building left from the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition, and the Marina District. Also George Lucas' ILM -- be sure to look for the Yoda Fountain!

STOP 5 - Golden Gate Bridge
