Arrived at Go shuttle. Behind counter and driver didn't seem to know how to handle the prepaid voucher but finally did. Travel to our hotel was just fine.Reviewed by: glenda s, January 2013
With the exception of poor communication to passengers regarding departure time and other passenger pick ups around the airport I thought it was a good service for the price.Reviewed by: Felicity V, January 2013
No AC on during the journey which made it very uncomfortable during the trip.Reviewed by: Terence S, United Kingdom, April 2013
THIS IS THE REVIEW FOR THE OUTBOUND JOURNEY ...TO DULLES AIRPORT ON MARCH 13
The chauffeur did not know my location and made me wait an additional 20 minutes, even though he was in the vicinity...actually at another property 2 blocks down! (he explained his delay)
He lost his way / took wrong turns and had to take alternative routes to get back on track! He played 'music' while 'multi-tasking' to 'pick-up' additional work enroute to IAD.
There was a passenger with me who was in the van for over 3 hours !Reviewed by: promswiz, March 2013
Be ready to waste one hour first at the airport waiting for your shared shuttle-ride to arrive at the shuttle-stop (after 13 hour international flight), then another half-an-hour while shuttle-drivers negotiate among themselves which passenger will go with which driver (and time is wasted in transferring your luggage from one shuttle to another), add one hour for the actual trip from the airport to the city, another half hour to get to your hotel once you are in the city. All this adds upto 2-3 hours extra after your flight. Avoid this service if you want to get to your hotel as fast as you can after your intercontinental flight. I'd rather take a taxi than use this service again.Reviewed by: Tariq, Oman, April 2013
