THIS WAS A GREAT TOUR. WE DID MEET THE GUIDE IN SPITE OF SOMEWHAT UNCLEAR
DIRECTIONS TO THE MEETING PLACE. THE GUIDE SPOKE DELIGHTFUL ENGLISH AND WAS
VERY PROUD OF THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE ANCIENT ROMANS. SHE REALLY MADE
THE HISTORY COME ALIVE.
This tour was, by far, the highlight of our trip to Rome. After seeing the very long lines waiting to get into the Collosseum, we were so thankful that we were on a guided tour and could just walk right through the gates. Out tour guide was precious and possessed a wealth of knowledge, which she readily shared with us. Unless you enjoy wasting many hours in line, I highly recommend that you sign up for this tour. You won't regret it!

Elisabetta was a great guide. With her background on archaeology our group learned a great deal about the history of the forum and the colosseum.

Knowledgeable guide and saw all as advertised, except did not visit Colosseum main floor (perhaps if upgraded to the 12 person tour?). Skipping the line was very helpful. Nice that this tour included the Forum and Palatine Hill.
