wonderful trip, really worth to see, and the bus route is not long, about 1 hour to arrive the Dam from Las Vegas strip.

This tour was fantastic! The agents were very helpful and kind. I would have liked it to have been a little less rushed through the Hoover Dam tour, we had just enough time to get in an out before the bus came back. But the time on the lake on the paddle boat more than made up for it. We were served a small lunch and we were able to move about the boat. The sites were amazing. I would certainly return to this company for another tour if we ever return to Las Vegas.

Excellent tour, but how could you miss with such wonderful subject matter to display? Bus and driver were very good, but the lunch on the Lake Mead cruise could have been better, and the $5.00/person "processing fee" at the bus depot was unexpected (I had a party of four) and unwelcome. Please be upfront with all fees and include them in the initial tour price.

The Cruise was actually very nice and relaxing. However, the problem was with the Hoover Dam Tour. The day started off bad to begin with. The tour bus company was 30 minutes late picking us up from our hotel. On the way to the office, we had to stop so people could get off the bus to take pictures with an Elvis impersonator. Then we went to the tour bus office where we checked in, boarded yet another bus, and finally left for Hoover Dam. It was busy so we had to wait another 20 minutes to get parked. By the time we got to the visitor center. We had a little over an hour to spend there before we had to be back on the bus. LONG lines. The tour was to begin with a 15 minute movie. We had 45 minutes left and still were not in the theater. 45 minutes to complete a tour that takes 1 hour minimum does NOT work!! Very disappointed in this tour. DO NOT waste your money with this company!!!
