Brilliant! We were lucky enough to have the actual photographer doing the talk, and he was fantastic. We really were moved by his words and pictures - even my 15 year old son cried. Ground Zero itself didn't move me at all; obviously now just a building site, but this tour is a must see. Tiny room, which made it more intimate, and video footage done with compassion and not to shock the viewer. We left very uplifted by the stories. Book now!

I took this tour a couple of years ago. I thought it was going to leave the Studio and go down to Ground Zero, but let me tell you, the tour stays right there. It was so informative and moving. I was lucky enough to experience the afternoon with our great guide. I'll never forget that day, and the feeling of being connected to the event of 9/11 through our guide's eyes and heart. He expressed everyone's devastation and grief in a heartfelt way. The artifacts were personal. To be able to touch them was very intense. He spoke of a father whose daughter was on one of the planes that day when she perished. Gary said the father sat down and held a piece of the plane's skin that was recovered from the site. He told us how the Gentleman felt closeness to his child (and her last experience). I've been to the State Museum in Albany. It was very good, but this Studio was so much more. Thank you for keeping it alive. This is a must see for anyone visiting New York. I thought it was just as important as visiting Ground Zero and the Tribute Center.

A very emotional and memorable museum. Only allows a small group at a time, which makes it more comfortable. It was fine to take our 13-year-old daughter. Would definitely recommend.

Found the museum extremely interesting and very emotional. You can't help but be moved seeing from the inside what all those involved went through both on the day of the attacks and after. It's a wonderful memorial to the real heroes of 9/11. May they never be forgotten.

An extremely moving museum. A small room on the second floor, yet big enough for 25 to wander around in quite comfortably. You will see things in this museum that you will never forget. There is nothing gruesome or in bad taste, you could take a younger child there. Every person in the US should visit this museum! What a tribute to 9-11.
