this was wonderful.Reviewed by: sharon w, December 2013
Great way to get around New York. Fabulous views of Statue of Liberty. Good info from tour guide.Reviewed by: D M, November 2013
The tour itself was very good, problem was with information provided when we took our vouchers to be redeemed. We were told by one assistant that we should get on the next boat at 11:45 but then found we could get the one we originally booked. at 10:45, by then the best seats for photos had been taken. This would have been problematic in terms of time and would have left us waiting around for an hour. More information about where to redeem vouchers and more specific information would be helpful ie boarding. Overall it was excellent, guide on our return (Patrick?) was very informative and this is an excellent way to visit south Manhattan including Greenwich Village and 9/11 and to see Ellis Island and the Statue of liberty.Reviewed by: Rita G, November 2013
Proir to boarding cruise, was never made aware of the fact that there would be a build up of people waiting to board the ferry after visiting 9/11. subsequently missed boarding which left insufficient time to return to hotac for evening show, had to taxi back
Offputing to have a crew member holding a bucket out to collect gratuities on the 9/11 wharf stop, are they not payed?
We were rushed by the tour guide. We were not given a break - even a bathroom break. Wedid not finish the tour because we cannot stand running around and being rushed plus we were so very tired. We were not the only group who left early, there were about 2 to 3 groups. Sorry but I don't want to recommend this to anyone.Reviewed by: CA Traveller, USA, November 2013
