New York Harbor Hop-on Hop-off Cruise including 9/11 Museum Ticket

Excellent value. The directions to the 9/11 museum, given us by the guide, were a bit vague, especially if you don't know NY - a couple of helpful police officers came to our rescue. Good narration - plenty of time to take pics of Statue of Liberty.

I love using Viator. I always use them for my tours. New York was awesome. I feel like the tour gave me a real since of New York. Will be using again on my next trip to Rome, Italy.

We had a slight problem (caused by our incompetence) as we arrived at the wrong end of the trip to collect tickets, but the staff were amazing and even waited for my husband to collect them!! Cruise was great - commentary and banter from the staff was fab! 9/11 was emotional, but not to be missed.

The tour was great. I feel there needs to be a few more speakers topside for the tourists to be able to hear. Also, when calling prior to arrival, it would be good if the live agents had local knowledge of available parking for customers who drive to the pier. That would be awesome.

An excellent way to see some of the sights in New York and a change from walking around or using tour buses. Guides on the boats were very friendly informative and amusing . The highlight - although very sobering - was the visit to the 9/11 memorial museum where we stayed for well over two hours before rejoining the boat . Don't be put off if the weather is bad on the day you have booked, it was raining for us but turned out to be the best thing to do as otherwise we would have been walking round New York instead of being under cover for most of the day. Only quibble is that when you arrive at pier 79 it is not very clear where you have to check in to exchange online voucher for boat tickets and a bit confusing as there are other tour companies there. Also there is quite a bit of pressure to tip guides on the boat as they repeatedly bring their tip bucket to your attention. Otherwise well worth doing and value for money.

My cousin was visiting from Germany so we booked this tour to show her NYC and visit the 9/11 museum. The water taxi was awesome! What a great way to see the skyline! No crowds and great views too. We got very close to the Statue of Liberty, which was nice. Plus being able to visit the museum without fighting traffic was great. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to book another trip!!

this is a must see,the museum was very well put together, it was very somber to be there where this tragic meaningless act was put together. It takes a good 3 hours to really take it all in, so many people killed in an act of terrorism. This was your first trip to New York and was very impressed, will most likely be going back
