Very good tour. Very good guide. Very good sights.Reviewed by: Andrew D, USA, January 2014
What a great time we had on our tour to Puebla and Cholula last Saturday, Dec 7th. Pablo, our guide was a font of knowledge and very entertaining too. A delicious lunch at an old colonial hotel was included. I would highly recommend this tour. Ask for Pablo and his driver Rufino.Reviewed by: Roisin B, December 2013
Puebla is a beautiful place to visit, but our tour bus departed more than 1 hour late and took us through the ugliest areas to get out of Mex City. The guide struggled to communicate in English and didn't provide much information about the sites. Lost 2 people in Puebla. Returned way too late to Mexico.Reviewed by: Patricia G, January 2014
Dreadful from beginning to end. Picked up 9.30 did not leave till 10.30. Drove till 12.30 no toilet stops no information as to how long we would be travelling. On arrival no times provided to be back at bus therefore two guests went missing had to wait over an hour in the bus while guide looked for them. Lunch was only provided at 4.30 bear in mind we had left hotel at 9.30. Had half an hour around Puebla then had to travel back. Arrived back at half ten dropped us off in the street and had to walk back to hotel. I think the places looked lovely but the tour guide was not organised it was an absolute waste of money very disappointed. Would not use this local tour company again.Reviewed by: Julie G, December 2013
This was a colossal waste of time. BY ALL MEANS SKIP LUNCH, it is in a tourist trap where the guide rightfully disappears as soon as he can and you are forced to stay there until he comes back. You get about 20 min to explore Puebla (after being stuck at a tourist trap lunch buffet where the food is below university cafeteria level) Puebla is so gorgeous and we were all so angry and disappointed we got to see so little of it. Initially we were promised 2 hours of free time there. The lunch place is a disgrace and the guide should not be leading non-spanish speaking groups if he doesn't respect them. Please consider making lunch optional and if not, please go to a different place that is worth the money. Puebla cuisine is deservedly famous so it would be great to actually experience some of it. I deeply deeply regret doing this tour and would not recommend it. This would have been zero stars if the system had allowed it.Reviewed by: Christine L, December 2013
