Driver was about 5 mins late but the service was good as ever.

Arrived at our hotel on time and no problems with the ride to the airport. Unfortunately, didn't drop us off at the correct airline terminal which we realized once inside the terminal and then had to walk. Not a big problem but we ended up at the end of a huge line of college students which may not have happened if he dropped us off at correct terminal to begin with.

We were told to wait downstairs in lobby of our hotel. However, the time past, so we became concerned. I then asked the man who was sitting at the desk to call for me, which he then did. Finally, the driver arrived. A little nerve-wracking, to say the least.
