Pupu Platter (Serves 1): A combination of Shanghai Chicken, Egg Roll, Crab Rangoon, and Tahitian Cheese Tangs
Mai-Kai House Salad: Mixed greens tossed in a citrus cilantro vinaigrette, topped with crispy wonton strips
Lobster Bisque Soup: Made from scratch with Main Lobster
Won Ton Soup: Classical Chinese egg noodle soup
Shangai Chicken: Tender chunks of marinated chicken breasts and Chinese parsley, wrapped in bacon
Egg Roll: Most famous of all Cantonese specialties
Crispy Calamari: Lightly dusted with flour and crisp fried
Entrees (Choice of one)
Mai-Kai Honey Chicken: Crispy chunks of chicken sauteed in a sweet garlic and honey sauce topped with sesame seeds and served over a bed of crispy rice noodles
Teriyaki Chicken: Tender slices of chicken with white mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and peapods in our special Teriyaki sauce
Teriyaki Beef: Beef tenderloin tips with white mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and peapods in our special Teriyaki sauce
Mai-Kai Beef: Beef tips sauteed with red and green bell peppers and oinions in a slightly spicy black pepper sauce
Sweet and Sour Pork: Lightly breaded chunks of pork tenderloin sauteed with pineapple, green and red bell peppers in our tangy sweet sauce
Cantonese Shrimp: Fresh shrimp delicately sauteed in our special lobster sauce with scallion
Hawaiian Fried Rice Dinner with Chicken and Shrimp: Fried rice with chunks of chicken and shrimp with pineapple, red bell peppers, onions and mushrooms

Just as I remembered back in the 70's - same waiters they tell me too. The show is very good and gives me the urge to go to South Pacific. Food was good too! Recommend going to see -
