The staff at Big Cat were fantastic and very helpful and informative. We loved the island, snorkelling and glass bottom boat tour. The buffet lunch was DISGUSTING and food ran out before our eyes.

Great fun family day. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Food on boat was average but much cheaper option than buying one the island.

My wife and I enjoyed the day at Green Island, particularly snorkelling and taking photos underwater of the marine life. The cost of the trip per person is relatively cheaper than say doing a reef trip from Port Douglas. As for the service by Big Cat, the trip to and from Green Island is over-commercialised where you are in a catamaran with about 250 other passengers, the days activities like buffet lunch (which was good quality food), semi-sub tours and glass bottom tours take up too much time, therefore you don`t have too much time to do what you wish to do. They take a photo of you and/or partner before you climb on board, and of course like everthing else (I mean hiring flotation devices, requiring environmental carry bags and so on..) they charge you ridiculously. I probably wouldn`t travel with Big Cat again. Cheap ticket but with plenty of add-ons if you`re not prepared.
