Blend of baked mozzarella, Fontina, Asiago and Bellavitano Gold cheeses
Our custom mix of baby lettuces, carrot, red onion, cucumber, grape tomato and artichoke heart, dressed with cane syrup vinaigrette.
Pilot House Potatoes
Diced Red Bliss potatoes roasted with spices.
Deep roasted corn and tomatoes with creole spices, peppers, and celery.
Creole Creamed Spinach
Spinach braised with onions, cream cheese, Parmesan, and feta cheese.
Natchez Bread Pudding
A New Orleans souffle of French bread, eggs, cream, vanilla and cinnamon with a bourbon sauce.
Dinner is served with French bread and butter and beverages including coffee and iced tea.
