The Bordeaux Vineyards Half Day wine tasting was the perfect way to spend a Saturday in Bordeaux. We visited two chateaus and enjoyed a tasting at each. It was just the right amount of time. Our tour guide was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and made sure we had a great time!

I am glad I took the tour. One will learn so much about Bordeaux wine, and background of various important vineyards in the area. It is a great way to experience and appreciate Bordeaux.

We took the English speaking tour. Very nice that they offer both. Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable and gave us lots of interesting facts about the region and the vineyards. First chateau we visited featured Sauterne wine and the Chateau owner was charming and funny. Second Chateau we visited was a much larger operation and it was fascinating to see. We received lots of good information on making wine and tasting the wine was pure joy!

The tour was very disappointing. It was done in French and English, but the guide spent a lot more time addressing the French speaking patrons, often missing several key points of the trip when she translated to English. Definitely do not recommend this tour and will probably not use Vaitor again.

It was not a small group as announced, it was a big bus full of people. The guide decided to speak 80% in French, even when there was only two French bpeople on the bus. The guide didn´t know much about wine and winemaking and didn´t translat the words of the wine makers (who spoke French)
