We went to the Carrot Top show on the recommendation of a friend who lives in Vegas and I'm so glad we chose it. We laughed till it hurt and it was a perfect beginning to a really fun Vegas night out! At the start of the show, Carrot Top engaged the audience by making on-point observations about being a tourist in Vegas, like how Strip mega-resorts seem to get even farther away after an hour spent walking towards them..and how you know it's over for us ladies - when we start carrying our shoes around! (Later that night, when our shoes came off as we were leaving the last casino, we just looked at each other and started laughing!) The finale was an hilarious, non-stop, over-the-top medley of songs and impersonation sight-gags that alone was worth the price of admission. The show time of 8:30 was perfect since it gave us time to grab a bite to eat before the show and then have a full night out afterwards. Again, for us this was a really fun start to a Vegas night out - it started us laughing and we never stopped!

I wasn't quite sure what to expect from the Carrot Top show. A friend compared him to George Carlin mixed with an R-rated Gallagher. After seeing the show, I have to agree - but will add a bit of Howie Mandel, Hunter S Thompson and Rock Star to the mix. He has a great sound system and uses lots of great music, stage lighting and video along with his quick-changing bits. I loved this show and so did the whole audience. Every time I looked around, everyone was laughing as hard as me. Rate it a definite go.
