We absolutely loved our day.
Staff on the phone when making the confirmation and at the meeting point were lovely and helpful.
Our tour guide was really witty, informative and because of bad weather decided to move activities around for a better chance of seeing Mt Fuji. We unfortunately couldn't see Mt Fuji and only was able to drive to the 1st station due to the snow.
The tour guide made the time fly on the drive by giving funny and informative facts about Japan and Mt Fuji.
It did seem like a long day though thoroughly enjoyable and worth the money.Reviewed by: Jessica B, February 2014

people lovely and helpful
Our tour to Mt Fuji was great! Our guide was very informative and our lunch at the hotel near Mt Fuji was the best meal we had on excursions our whole vacation! The bullet train ride home is a must as well. We really enjoyed our day and loved seeing some of the Japanese countryside.Reviewed by: Karen H, February 2014
The day trip was excellent. Well organised, great tour guide. The only problem was that there was one family, a mother, father and two boys, who spoilt the trip for everyone, because they were never back at the bus on time. The whole bus had to wait for them while they wandered around at every stop. The tour guide told them at each stop the time the bus was leaving but they took no notice of this. The tour guide had to go and search for them and tell them to hurry up, but they had no regard for this.Reviewed by: Margie R, February 2014
Fabulous day, it was clear and view of Fuji incredible. Ride on the bullet train is a must! Lunch was delicious.
Lake ride was ok and view from top should have been great but it was snowing heavily. We went up, got great snow photo, but could not see a thing. Mt. Fuji that morning was clear...we got 15 minutes at the visitor center. Hardly enough time for a restroom break and a few photos. Could not see anything at the center not enough time. Then drove to gate to mountain, it was closed due to snow. Photos there were blocked by trees. I understand weather, but People come to take photos of Mt. Fuji...we should have gone back to visitor center for more time as it was a clear sunny day...our tour ended an hour earlier than noted...we had time...please be aware and ask! Also, assigned seats on the bus...left side has great photo opportunities if you are lucky to get it. This is impacting my decision to use Viator in other countries.
