Please be aware you booking with Viator does not book with this company. You still need to call to book a ride to the airport. I called 24 hours in advance and got voice mail which said leave a message and we will get back to you. I didn't hear anything so I called again. They told me the message was deceiving because they are too busy to return calls and most get lost. Good thing I called back. They then booked my reservation. Rude on the phone but shuttle arrived on time and we got to the airport.Reviewed by: Jonathan M, November 2013
pick up fifteen minutes late, too many hotel pickups on the wayReviewed by: barry raymond f, November 2013
On the trip from our hotel to the airport, the van smelled like cigarette smoke. Our baby has Asthma and she was coughing the whole trip. There were a couple of stops at hotels were the passengers were not there, so we had to wait 10+ minutes for them to come out. The entire time, my baby was coughing from the smoke smell in the van. I don't know if the drivers are allowed to smoke in the vans or whether the driver smoked outside and his clothes smelled, but it was very uncomfortable for all of us.Reviewed by: Jack E, November 2013
The service was efficient but the driver was rude and had trouble understanding EnglishReviewed by: Heather D, November 2013
I know that these shuttles are hired out Upon pick up the driver took my voucher and told me "gratuity for driver is mot include in voucher' As someone who travels often, I know the long hours everyone in the tourism industry works. I tip above the average so that the individuals know I appreciate their hard work. I was very insulted by the driver I did give him a gratuity but it was well below what I had intendedReviewed by: ladyknight33, November 2013
