Great tour and a Great day! Our guide Paul was fun and knowledgeable , my pickup time was at 0630 and he was there early. I did the 8 person tour ,we only had five in our group, so the day didn't feel rushed while enjoying all the historic sites. Highly RecommendedReviewed by: christopher m, February 2014
This was a great trip and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip to this historic area. Our guide was very informative and kept things interesting and the group on schedule. The bus driver gets an A+ for the narrow roads WOW! Great trip.Reviewed by: Joyce P, January 2014
My guide was excellent. She's courteous, knowledgable about the subjec matter and was very thoughtful of her guests. I will definitely use her again when we visit France.Reviewed by: Thomas N, January 2014
Great excursion for anyone interested in history. Trip includes bus ride to and from central Paris during which time the tour guide explained some history, once in Normandy you visit the war memorial. Be advised that you tour the museum on your own. We had lunch in the memorial cafeteria which was good. We then visited Omaha beach and the American cemetary. So sad to realize how many young American soldiers gave their lives, but good to remember what happened so we prevent it from happening again. The weather was cold with driving rain, we were told this was typical of February.Reviewed by: AandMCerbone, February 2014
My husband and I enjoyed our tour of D-Day area around Normandy. Our guide was very helpful with giving details to help us remember what we have forgotten. There was a good amount of time spent at each location to wonder, read, reflect and observe. This tour was by far our favorite day of our 9 days in France. Thank you for such a wonderful guide that was able to bring livid color to activities of almost 69 years ago.Reviewed by: Michelle M, January 2014
