Very informative guide (Mr Fish), nice lunch and despite the inclement weather we got to see Mt Fuji close up. Recommended.Reviewed by: ALLAN V, December 2013
Good tour - even though the weather limited visibility. Lots of time on the bus, but that can't be helped. Really recommend return by bullet train - both for the experience and because it would be a very long day if return was by bus... Operator was very good - for example, rain closed the gondola ride - instead of accepting that, our guide arranged a different ride at another location..Reviewed by: Gordon S, December 2013
Long day but a very good day. Good tour guide, nice lunch and spectacular views all day. We chose the bullet train home option and glad we did as it shortened the day by an hour or so. I would recommend this to othersReviewed by: Andrea O, December 2013
I am disappointed that we could not go up to 5th station. Sunrise Tours should be more up front on it.Reviewed by: Ka C, December 2013
This tour appears to be highly dependent on the weather. For our particular tour (on a clear, sunny day in November), we essentially did a quick drive-by of the mountain (some nice pictures but we certainly weren't very close), had lunch at a cheesy hotel, and had very quick cable car and boat rides. While there were a few nice photo ops, the vast majority of the tour was spent on the bus driving from location to location with some very annoying, uninformative commentary. You would have to pay me to go on this again--it certainly wasn't worth the tour price (or even a tenth of it).Reviewed by: Michael M, December 2013
