Short line up and well organize
Must do !
We took this tour in February so the cold weather kept the crowds away. We definitely did not need to pay extra for the "skip the line" feature, but we only had two days in London, so we couldn't afford to risk it. I would say that, if you go at 9 am when they open, you will have no problems and won't need the skip the line. With that being said, this place FILLS UP by noon, so definitely get there first thing in the morning. This was an awesome tour and I would recommend spending the majority of the day here as opposed to the 3-4 hour suggestion on the tour details. You definintely need more time if you plan to see everything and take all the extra tours that are included with your admissino.Reviewed by: Thomas F, USA, March 2013
You get to skip the line to purchase tickets, but there is still a second line to enter the Tower of London that you will have to wait in. A very key point is make sure you join a Beef Eater tour group. While it may seem faster to bypass them talking and explore on your own, you will learn a lot more by listening to them talk. They speak at four locations in the Tower of London and provide fascinating history. Then you can explore on your own.Reviewed by: Zach M, USA, April 2013
I love visiting the Tower of London. Skip the line means you skip the line to purchase tickets not get in ahead of everyone in line to tour the Tower. Long lines to see the Crown jewels that day. Torture chamber is not worth waiting in line for. Cafe was good.Reviewed by: Melissa M, April 2013
No need to buy the skip the line pass, the lines weren't badReviewed by: Heather G, USA, March 2013
