Great service, we were late on arrival due to a BA plane fault, simply phoned the contact number to rearrange and our diver was waiting at JFK as promised. Nice drive into New York in a new Honda SUV. Great value, would recommend!

Very nice driver, nice vehicle and nice company. Picked us up a little too early, but we didn't mind. Highly recommend doing this rather than a taxi.

The pick-up at the airport and trip to the hotel was perfect. Went beyond my expectations. They young man that helped us with our luggage was wonderful. The trip and driver were great.

This is the second time we have sent in a poor review of the very late pick-up in New York, in spite of our flight being on time (in fact a few minutes early). We have not heard back from you guys from the first poor review.

The guy parked across the street, he didn't open the door for us and didn't help with our bags or offer us something to drink after a long flight! The Honda pilot was not what we expected after the impression that we would have a town car when this was booked- not impressed!
