2-Day Grand Canyon and Colorado River Float

Travel through the Sonoran Desert and on to the Grand Canyon, where the majestic scenes await you. Complete your getaway with a float trip on the mighty Colorado River where you will be captivated by the spectacular scenery.

Day One

Travel through the Sonoran Desert and the red rock country of Sedona on the way to Grand Canyon National Park. Spend the afternoon along the canyon rim before heading to historic Cameron Trading Post. This evening, hear about the arts and crafts of Arizona's Native Americans from a local craftsman. Overnight in Flagstaff.

Day Two

This morning meet your guide and travel to the shores of the mighty Colorado River where you'll board special rafts for a scenic float trip. Towering sandstone cliffs, ancient petroglyphs and a tasty lunch make this a fantastic day.

This tour is seasonal and operates from 15 April to 1 October only.

Departure Point:

Tour departs from most Valley Hotels in Phoenix. Airport pickup is not available.

Departure Time:

• 6:30am, depending on your  hotel location.

Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.

Return Details:

This tour returns to the original departure point at approximately 8:30pm

• This tour must be booked at least 72 hours in advance of your travel date
• Confirmation for this product will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• All the vans are fully climate controlled
• Child rates apply when the child is sharing a room with adults. There is a maximum of 4 people sharing a room
• Casual, comfortable clothing is suggested (shorts, jeans, comfortable shoes)
• Remember that the Grand Canyon is 20-25 degrees cooler than Phoenix, so layered clothing is suggested for winter months
• Please limit luggage to carry-on size only. Any bags larger than 9" x 14" x 22" should be left with your hotel.
• The trip is only smooth water.
• Vans are able to accommodate a collapsible wheelchair

• Child prices are applicable for children aged 15 years and under
