It was easy and well organised. We were met by the rep who was extremely friendly and helpful. He assisted us with out bags and showed us to the pickup location for the bus.

The pup service upon our arrival flight seemed to take too long. The greeter was great, but we had to wait too long for a final departure from the airport. The return was perfect. If both directions were the way the return transportation to the airport was, I would recommend it.
