We have booked many tours through Viator and always found them to be on time and very efficient and this tour was no different first class

This was the highlight of our trip to Bali. The staff were friendly, meal was excellent and the cabaret was both funny and entertaining. Photos of the night were excellent and well worth the money.

What a great nite out with friends. The entertainment was fantastic and made it a really fun nite. The on board staff are great and very attentive. The food also was fantastic.
Pick up and drop off at the villas was comfortable and on time.
Overall a very enjoyable and fun experience. Would highly recommend everyone visiting Bali to do this.

This cruise has not found its identity and as a result is not tailored to any one market and is messy from start to end. I thought I was going for an sunset Indonesian experience, however, that ended once we were welcomed on board by two ladies in traditional dress. First thing you should know you wont see much, the boat leaves on sunset not prior. The food is nice but the asparagus was either overcooked or straight out of the can with minimal seasoning to hid that fact. The entertainment also lacked identity. Showgirls, drag queens and a children's clown despite no children on board. You are better off going for a great meal in Seminyak followed by seeing the drag queens in the local bars there, as those one will actually lip sync. On this cruise the drag queens did not know the words to songs as basic as "I will survive" which became like a musical drag version dubbed Japanese martial arts film ie. they took the sync out of lip-syncing. This was a birthday gift for my partner and I was pretty embarrassed and had to follow it up with a better night out the next night. Also management/partners of the show cast should be mindful not to talk business in front of guests. Your own ego stroking about how great the show was, proves a marketing overhaul with perspective on who your client base is. Silence by the crowd during the clown and no applause should have been hint enough!
There is a huge market for a Romantic Dinner Cruise in Bali. The execution and management of quality over quantity needs work. I hope my feedback helps your business iron out the current mistakes. Because in writing, you have a great concept.
This was not a spectacular activity. The sunset was nice, but lasted all of 15 minutes. After that, it was dinner (mediocre buffet) and entertainment (tacky cabaret-like show). We were glad it ended early.
