Nice trip, you get to see lots of beautiful countryside of Nederlands and Belgium. We were given almost 4 hours to explore on our own in Bruges. Belgium waffle is absolutely delicious.

Beautiful place. Unfortunately, we had a guide who was a little bit rude and not very knowledgeable. He asked us not to eat on the bus, yet he ate his sandwiches on the bus and throughout the journey, the driver was talking non stop to the guide which caused disturbance.

Great trip but be prepared for a very long ride from Amsterdam. We spent 6 hours on the bus

Guide excellent on bus but once in Bruges showed us two places (chocolate shop and canal cruise) and then left us alone for three hours in pouring rain and with no town map or information

This was an interesting city and it does get you into Belgium. But the guide had no fundamental knowledge of the city, minimal historical presentation, and it takes two hours to get there. The guide first took us to her friend to do another canal boat tour during which it was hot, easy to get sunburned, and saw very little of the city as you sit quite low. This city seems to be copying Amsterdam. After the boat tour, you are completely on your own for shopping or eating. No visits to any key buildings, cathedrals, or points of interest. As one reviewer put it, it was all about commercialism, to see you Belgian chocolates, mussels, and lace. Was a very tiring and hot day unless you are just into shopping.
