Antwerp was not a "must see" and could have easily been skipped. We took the tour because we were stating in Brussels and figured the tour would provide transportation and some sightseeing on the way. We did not take the bus back, but stayed in Brussels. Overall the cost of the trip exceeded what we would have spent for a train to Brussels, but we had a lot of luggage which the bus carried for us without issue. We enjoyed Brussels very much! Be sure to get a fresh made waffle!

Brussels is a beautiful city and one should spend a whole day there, however, be prepared to walk quite a bit and climb some steep hills (there are steps). Not for somebody who walks slowly or with difficulty. And be prepared to speak French - they frown when you do English.......It poured with rain when we reached Antwerp and my mother and I ducked into the first bar/coffeeshop and spent the afternoon playing cards until it was time to meet at the bus. Even so we were soaked and cold - I don't know how the rest of the tour coped. I would do this tour again in summer - it's worth the hours on the bus and the guide made the time go by quickly.

Great trip. I would only add that it would be nicer to have a bit more time in Antwerp if possible. Even if that was not a possibly the tour was great.
