Great experience well worth the value. The drive was very knowledgeable and was pleasant to be with.

Great time with my 14 and 11 year old. Our coach driver was very informative and was great with my kids.

We were given lots of time to take photos. Nothing was too much trouble, and the driver even dropped us off outside our hotel after the trip. The guide answered all questions in a friendly manner. We highly recommend this tour.

A most disappointing tour. Our morning departure was almost an hour late. The afternoon tour departure was similar. The morning delay resulted in our visit to the native village being cut short, so that we could not see the scheduled performances or view any of the short regular films. There was no time to visit the shop or to purchase a drink. The microphone on the bus did not work all day. During the morning tour, the bus driver/guide did his best to provide a commentary using just his voice. We all appreciated his efforts. However, in the afternoon the replacement bus driver/guide simply confirmed that the microphone was not working and failed to make any effort to provide any commentary at all. He did maintain a private chat with the 4 people in the 2 front rows. When we stopped for a break at the Aleyska Resort, we were told to be ready to depart at 2:30 pm. However, the guide decided to extend the length of the break to allow some of the people on board extra time to enjoy lunch. He failed to let the rest of the passengers know of the change. When confronted, he said we would now be leaving at about 3:10 pm. We finally drove off at 3:40 pm. When we arrived at the Portage Glacier, we found that our cruise had to be cancelled due to the bad weather and conditions. The lake was frozen over. This we fully accepted as unavoidable and not a fault of the company. However, it then became apparent that there had been no tours at all during that day and that the company had known hours before, possibly before we even commenced our afternoon tour, but had decided not to tell us.
