This was brilliant! I can't fault a single bit of the night. My wife and I went on this as part of our honeymoon in Florence. We had a great night, met some lovely people and learned to cook some great food.

The staff at the school was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly, and our meal turned out great. We also met some very interesting fellow "cooks" from both Europe and the States.

The class was great! We met all kinds of people--Aussies, Brits, Canadians, Asians, and Americans. The chefs were fun, too. Good recipes. Wonderful dinner!
