I was catching a bus from the airport to another city and the driver checked with me straight away and asked was I sure I wanted to go to the Arrivals when logically I should have been going to Departures. Really appreciated it as it's so easy to get confused sometimes when travelling.

On time pick up, friendly driver who kept us entertained on the way to the airport. All our experiences with this company were great. They know customer service.

I didn't know where to meet the shuttle, so I waited in the front of my hotel. That was not where I was supposed to be however, the driver came to the front to check on me. If he hadn't, I would have never gotten my ride.
