great tour good to do to get your bearings in any new place good and informative too

EXcellent. All of the major highlights were covered, the tour guide was very informative in giving background on the history of the monuments, and watching the changing of the guard at the castle was wrth watching.

One of the worst tours I have ever been on. Started badly when the person at the meeting point was rude and wouldn't get of her mobile phone, she ignored us for fifteen minutes, then got worse when we got on the bus and the guide spoke English and German in the same breath. He switched between languages that quickly and with no change to his tone that you didn't know what language he was speaking, the driver was going so fast that the guide was talking about things long past. All in all a really bad experience don't do this tour it is definitely not worth the money or your time. Viator needs to ensure that they source out good local operators. Will be very hesitant to Book again with Viator.
