The guy driving was funny, knowledgeable, etc. The staff was very helpful and happy. Champagne was a great bonus. We were very pleased with the entire tour.

The helicopter ride over Niagara falls was really amazing. The views were spectacular and the flight itself a wonderful experience for my wife and I. It just ended too soon.

Really enjoyed the trip. Shame there was no commentary on the flight. Also beware as despite giving the taxi driver the correct address of the airport we were taken to another helicopter company.

Despite confirming twice on the same week when we arrived the staff knew nothing about our booking. Luckily though they were able to take us up immediatley as they had no bookings.. The flight was fantastic due to the views but the commentary was poor as we couldn't really hear it. nice touch with the bubbly but made it difficult to take photos when you have a wine glass in your hand. There waas no problems about our weights as we had booked a private tour but if you are on the portly size take your own seat belt extention (usual one that fight airlines)
