Tempt your taste buds and sample local cuisine on a culinary walking tour through Amsterdam's beautiful old town. Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, venture to some of Amsterdam's oldest cafes where you'll have the opportunity to experience 'bitterbal' a savoury beef snack, rolled and battered and served with mustard.

Herring or 'harinkie' remains a local favorite and is also on the menu. You'll be amazed at just how much this oily little fish impacted the economical development of the Netherlands in years gone by!

Finally, take a bite of 'augurk' (pickle) and a chunk of Dutch cheese, then wash it all down with Boswandeling, a Dutch variation of gin, for a truly authentic afternoon appreciating Amsterdam's sights and culinary delights.
