The transfer was ok, i had to wait only few minutes in front of the office before leaving the airport. Whjat i totally disliked was that, at the destination, the driver asked me for money in a very insistent way. I know you can give a tip if you are pleased with the service, but i don't like to have "my hand forced" so to speak.

Rather unpleasant pick up driver but he did get us to our hotel. Though we called to confirm our return to the airport, and report a change of hotel, the driver did not receive the message. He arrived late and then another passenger held up the transport by over fifteen minutes, then another ten minutes while she returned inside to retrieve her forgotten passport. Fortunately, we'd allowed extra time to get to the airport and did not miss our flight. I would think the company would post set limits as to the amount of time they would wait for any one customer. We were at least an hour late picking up the last people scheduled for that trip.
