We loved it except that we could not get the pass until July 5th as we arrived the afternoon of July 4th. It would really be helpful if you could send it in the mail so people don't have to waste time getting the booklet when they get there. We could have bought the CityPass at the tourism booth near the trolley pick up on the 4th but were told we had to go to the tourism office to show our printout that showed we already paid. That did not open until the following morning, so we wasted a day's worth of it. Once we had it, it was great. I'd buy it at the booth next time and not online unless they send it through the mail.

Having the bus pass was great as this is the main mode of travel in San Francisco. We never had to dig for money, just showed the pass several times a day. The Science Museum was one of the best ever, just be sure to peg a time for the planetarium when you enter. We also enjoyed the Museum of Modern Art and the cruise on the bay. The CityPass is well worth the money!

Excellent bang for the buck. Best savings is the Muni pass.

It is definitely a bargain. It costs US59, but for the values you get it's fantastic!
