Be prepared for a good hike up the hill on the side of the mountain. This is NOT for the slow and elderly who can't walk well. Also, once inside the cave be prepared for another 1400 steps. It was many older people who did manage it, though, so give it a go. The caves are just amazing and they show them in a very natural way. It was an absolutely great trip.

Fun fun fun and cold cold cold!! Extremely physically demanding, but worth every second. Tour company and guides were all excellent.
