When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Paris Hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places.

Departure Point:

You will be met at your Paris hotel by the driver at the hotel reception lounge. Time will be advised by you on booking and reconfirmed directly with the supplier prior to travel.

Departure Time:

Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Generally pick up will be:

• European flight: 2 hours and 45 minutes before the flight departure time
• International flight: 3 hours and 45 minutes before flight departure time

• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
