More than three thousand herons fly up from southern regions to nest in on islands around New York Harbor. Now you have a chance to see these large majestic birds in their island habitat up closes during the magical time of sunset.

Join NYC Audubon aboard an eco-friendly water taxi, passing under well known bridges and by famous landmarks along the way to the Harbor Heron Islands. The trip provides for spectacular views of the Manhattan's skyline as well as and some of the city's lesser known aviary residents.
