I would rate the cruise four star. I would rate Viator no stars!!! I booked this mothers day lunch cruise, and when I rang to confirm the booking they had NO knowledge of it having been booked or paid for. The cruise was fully booked and I had booked for five family members. After many phone calls and tears to the cruise company they made extra room for us knowing we had travelled a long distance. I will NEVER book through viator ever again. I emailed viator and received an automated response but one week later still no one has contacted me.
I will be submitting reviews of this booking company over trip advisor. Very dissatisfied with this company!!
My friends and I really enjoyed this trip, very relaxed and a great way to see a large area of the harbour and city without any hassel. The catamaran had plenty of space and was easy to get around.
The only negative was that we couldn't really hear the commentry that well. Otherwise great.
Not Good no oysters dessert boring staff not very friendly or obliging
