We really enjoyed our tour. The tour guide was very friendly, spoke clear English, and provided brief informative backgrounds about the sites and areas we explored. She also told us about additional things we should do on our trip and good areas to have a drink with the locals. This was our first time on a Segway, but we were comfortable on them in no time. The plaza we met at was small and was not labeled on the map we had. Also the Segways were parked at a remote location. So, give yourself a little extra time to find it. That being said, we were able to find the right plaza with a little walking around and by taking to someone at a nearby store. Overall the tour was a fun way to cover a large area and see several sites in a brief time.

A highlight of our vacation in Madrid. Extremely personable staff. After an initial orientation to the Segway, we were off and covered much more than anticipated in our 1 hour tour in areas of Madrid that included the Royal Palace and the Plaza de Espana, which are quite Segway friendly. Don't expect details on the Spanish monarchy, do expect a lot of fun. Maybe Grandma should sit this one out.

I would highly recommend this. I only had one night in Madrid as a stopover and this was a fun way to see a lot in a short space of time.

It was such a fun and unique way to see some of the sights of Madrid. It was very easy learning how to handle a Segway, and our tour guide was so helpful and informative. My 12 year old daughter found this to be the highlight of our visit to Madrid. I have a couple of recommendations. First, it was extremely difficult to locate the meeting venue - all those on the tour with us had a hard time finding Plaza Santiago. Some kind of directions should be provided. Second, it would be helpful to get a brochure with info on the sights visited. Looking back at photos, I don't remember the names and info. I'd also like the tour to be a little longer. It's so much fun riding around, but the time flies by too quickly. Overall, we loved it and would look for Segway tours on future trips.
