Found the tour interesting and informative, well organized. The monastery and the Valley of the fallen memorial was far more than I expected. Great to experience the aspects important to Spain's history away from Madrid. Thank you.

I was awestruck descending into the royal crypt at El Escorial. One can easily imagine entering a Pharoh's tomb. That experience alone is worth the trip.

The monastery and Valley of the Fallen were both amazing experiences, not to be missed, especially Valley of the Fallen. Only criticism was that we would have liked to spend longer at both, especially Valley of the Fallen, which we intend to go back to another time for a more leisurely visit.

This was a great tour. There is a lot of walking, that is not really clear in the description. We took the one with Toledo and there was even more walking and steps. I don't recommend doing this tour in summer as it was hot already. The guide was rushing us at times but the history was great. The lunch was very good.
