Red Rock Canyon Tour

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Chuck to the Red Rock Canyon. It was a small group 8 of us and the bus was comfortable. We stopped lots for photos and scenic outlooks as well as the Visitor Center. It's a gorgeous area and well worth seeing as it's so close to Las Vegas. What a contrast to the strip!! We highly recommend doing this if you'd like some fresh air and 'real' scenery. Especially if you don't have time to get out to the Grand Canyon.

This tour and in particular our tour guide Jerry was amazing. After the full on rush of the Vegas strip, a trip out of town to the peaceful Mojave Desert was just the tonic. From the moment we were picked up, Jerry was nothing but friendly, informative and an entertaining expert on all things Vegas and he really brought the tour alive with his engaging stories and Q and A sessions. As for the scenery....wow! Amazing mountains, desert vistas punctuated with Joshua trees and ample time to get out and experience the tranquil beauty of this beautiful landscape especially whilst sitting around a lake eating our lovely lunch that was laid on. Please thank Jerry from the couple from London who were marrying the next day. It was the perfect way to unwind before our big day.

How peaceful and inspiring it is to experience the beauty of the Las Vegas desert. We were there two weeks after a rainstorm, so the desert cacti and shrubbery were in full bloom. Our guide, Adam, was smart and funny and made for a great experience.
