This day trip to Macau was also outstanding. The guide, Marie, was fantastic and could not do enough for us, plus was always there to give more information if need be. An excellent guide. The content of the day trip was full and active and yet exremely informative. Excellent in everyway. Macau was definitely a highlight of our Hong Kong stay. Thank you to Marie and your company.

The trip to Macau was excellent with a superb guide. He was very knowledgeable. I learned a great deal over the course of the day which is why I took the trip. I would highly recommend this activity and say that although a long day, it was really worth it!

Gentlemen:
With a confirmation received for the booking/payment made, I quickly initiated correspondence with the local tour company, requesting them to have my family and me [2 adults, and 1 child] picked up from our hotel, Metropark Kowloon, on the tour date. I received an immediate confirmation to that effect. Further, by the time we landed in Hong Kong on May 17, pending our arrival, we had an envelope lying for us containing stickers of the tour operator along with a receipt. Indeed, we were at mental peace even prior to our embarking on the Macau tour on May 20.
Thereafter, things only got better, as we were picked up from the hotel lobby at the scheduled pick up time, transported to the ferry terminal, and having our immigration formalities completed. On reaching Macau, following a similar completion of formalities, we were welcomed by the tourist guide, Cisco, who had a remarkable sense of humour.
As he showed us the scheduled sights and what he claimed were bonus sights too, the buffet lunch hosted at the Holiday Inn was simply marvellous.
As we ended the trip in Macau to return to Hong Kong, one can only announce that the visit was memorable, and one that will certainly be recommended by us for those travelling to Macau in future.

Viator contracted with The Far East Tour Co for this trip. They were very good, providing a guide at hotel pickup (we actually walked to the China Ferry Port, which was in the basement of the hotel), guidance through immigration and customs, and pickup at the Macao end by our tour guide. The tour was well laid out, covering a lot of ground on Macao without being too stressful. We were delivered back to the the ferry on time to allow for immigration and customs, and the pickup guide was waiting for me at the terminal to welcome me back to my hotel.
